Important: User-Generated Content (UGC) Policy
SnapSell is a community marketplace. By using this app, you agree to a Zero Tolerance Policy regarding objectionable content. Any user found violating these terms will be immediately and permanently banned.
1. User-Generated Content (UGC) Safety
As a user, you are solely responsible for the content (images, descriptions, and messages) you upload. You strictly agree NOT to post content that is:
Objectionable: Hate speech, bullying, or content that promotes discrimination.
Sexually Explicit: Any form of nudity or sexually suggestive material.
Violent: Depictions of real-world violence or promotion of self-harm.
Illegal: Stolen goods, regulated substances, or fraudulent services.
2. Moderation and Enforcement
To ensure a safe environment, SnapSell provides tools to manage content:
Reporting: Users can report any listing or user that violates these terms.
Blocking: Users can block any other user to prevent further interaction.
24-Hour Action: We review reported content and will remove objectionable posts or block offending users within 24 hours of a report.
3. Limitation of Liability
Adeel Khalid (the Developer) provides a platform for connecting buyers and sellers only. I am not involved in transactions. To the maximum extent permitted by law, I shall not be held liable for disputes, fraud, or personal injury resulting from meetups or transactions.
4. Content License
You retain ownership of your content, but grant SnapSell a worldwide, non-exclusive license to display, host, and distribute your listings to other users on the platform.
5. Termination of Access
We reserve the right to terminate your account and remove your listings at our sole discretion, without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or Google Play Developer Program Policies.
6. Account and Data Deletion
We respect your privacy and your right to control your data. You may request the permanent deletion of your account and all associated data (including listings and location history) at any time.
In-App: Go to Settings > Delete Account.
Via Web: If you no longer have the app installed, please click the button below or email us from your registered email address.
