Adeel Khalid ("I", "the Developer") operates the SnapSell mobile application. This policy details how we collect, share, and protect your data in compliance with Google Play Developer Policies.

1. Data Collection and Purpose

To provide marketplace functionality, we collect the following data:

Personal Info Identity: Name and Email address for account management and security.
Location Precise Location: If granted, we access precise location to facilitate meetups and show local listings. This data is shared with other users only when you explicitly trigger the "Share Location" feature.
Photos Media: Product images uploaded by you to create listings.
Device IDs Identifiers: Device IDs used for fraud prevention and app functionality.

2. Data Sharing

We do not sell your data to third parties. Data is only shared in the following instances:

User-to-User: Your public profile, listings, and shared location are visible to other SnapSell users to facilitate sales.
Service Providers: We may use third-party services (like database hosting) that are compliant with strict privacy standards.

3. Data Retention and Deletion

Your Right to Delete: You have the right to request the permanent removal of your account and all associated personal data.

How to request: You may delete your account directly within the app settings. Alternatively, visit our Account Deletion Page or email contact@adeelkhaliddev.com.

Requests are processed within 48-72 hours, resulting in the permanent removal of your profile, listings, and location history from our servers.

4. Security

We use industry-standard encryption to protect data in transit (HTTPS). While we strive for absolute security, no method of electronic storage is 100% secure.

5. Children's Privacy

SnapSell is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe a minor has provided us data, please contact us for immediate removal.
